By far the best experience I've have had at any hotel. I frequently go to higher end hotels and the customer service and attention I have received at this hotel was by far superior. It is unassuming from outside but the rooms were very clean, the sheets very soft and fresh. The cherry on top is when at 2 am I called desperately searching for water, and the ladies from reception brought me 4 ice cold bottles of water to my room in under 5 minutes. They are a blessing and really made this stay incredible! They do offer a 10%rebate if you leave a review, but I declined it because they stay was worth every penny! Thanks so much for everything!

For the price it was much better than expected. Hot shower, soft bed, working ac/heat, clean room, friendly staff. Microwave and mini fridge in room. No coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. We were made aware of a free breakfast but never took advantage of it.

The service was great. I was there for a fishing tournament and they had plenty of parking and my girlfriend had to stay behind on 1 day they let her hang out to I got done on the water. Rooms were very clean beds very comfy. If there was 1 thing I could have to say. The toilets were so short I felt like I was sitting on the ground. But I can live with that. We will be staying again. Thank you to the staff. Great people

I will agree with other reviews that the beds aren't all that comfortable. However, I never expect a luxury bed like what we may have at home when visiting a hotel. The towels were large, soft and fluffy. The bed linens are clean. The room was clean, and several updates were noticeable. The male who checked us in was pleasant. The biggest perk (and why I tend to choose older model hotels) is that this place is QUIET. Not once did I hear a neighbor, and we had several. You don't hear toilets flushing, showers running, doors closing, people passing by the room. The grounds are reasonably sized for those that are traveling with their pets. And the location is just outside Port Clinton enough to be accessible yet away from the hub bub. We enjoyed our stay, and will return here when we visit the area again.

We loved this place! A little out of downtown so nice and quiet. Charmingly remodeled, top notch, extremely clean! Very friendly owner, we were beyond pleased with stay. Breakfast was limited but the value for our overall stay was just outstanding!

Shubham at the from desk was awesome! So companionate and accommodating. He understood the love I have for my fur baby. Clean rooms, great location/country setting, but it’s around everything you need. Will definitely be staying here again! :)
